What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
500kg for general products. For new custom products, the MOQ is more than 5 tons.
Can you produce aluminum profiles according to drawings?
Yes, we have professional engineers to design CAD drawings and establish molds according to your specific requirements.
What certifications and standards do you follow?
We hold ISO certification. Our products comply with DIN, AAMA, AS/NZS, and China GB standards.
What is the typical delivery time for orders?
New molds and samples take 2-3 weeks. Mass production typically takes 3-4 weeks after deposit receipt and order confirmation.
How are the products packaged for shipping?
Commonly we use shrink films or kraft paper. We can also provide customized packing as per customer requirements.
What are the accepted payment terms?
Usually, we accept T/T (30% deposit and balance before shipment). L/C is also acceptable.
